As per our Covenants (Article VIII, Section 2) all Hammett Crossing mail boxes must be of the same construction. We have a source that supplies the correct mail box
at a
very affordable price. Total replacement of post, metal mail box, and wooden
paper box is $135.00. In most cases the
post and support arm are in good shape. In these
cases the metal mail box and the wooden paper box can be replaced for only $50.00.
