Our covenants require Architectural Committee approval for any changes to the exterior of property in Hammett Crossing. This includes but is not limited to siding colors, windows, doors, shutters, out buildings, fences, and major landscaping. Within the restrictions of the covenants, changes that add to the value of your property and do not devalue your neighbors’ property are routinely approved.
